Are the starting prices the full delivery price?
The displayed amounts are starting base fares in Canadian dollars. Your total depends on the route, distance, vehicle and any help or services required, plus service fees and applicable taxes. You’ll receive pricing for your actual move before booking.
What if I don’t know which vehicle I need?
Choose “Help me choose” and tell us what you’re moving when we follow up. Item dimensions and photos help confirm the right vehicle. MoovDrop requires item photos before the actual move request.
Will the driver help carry my items?
Drivers help load and unload. Tell the team if you need help inside your home, have stairs, or have items that need two people to lift safely. Extra assistance and Home Helping Service must be confirmed when booking.
Can I get a same-day move or delivery?
Same-day options are available for many GTA deliveries, subject to the route, items and driver availability. You can also schedule ahead. We’ll confirm timing before you book.
Does requesting a quote book my move?
No. A quote request starts the conversation. You can review pricing and availability before deciding to book. There’s no payment or account required to request a quote.
